Dirt Dog Laying Off Plow.

Once a field has been broken and disked, the Dirt Dog® CLP Compact Layoff Plow is used to make rows where crops are planted. The CLP has a single, 8″ wide prong with a replaceable tip used to lay off and create a bed where you can plant your crops. After the rows are made, the planting can begin. In addition, the Dirt Dog® CLP Layoff Plow can be used for digging root type vegetables such as potatoes. The layoff plow is designed for up to 25 HP tractors with Cat I Standard and Quick Hitch.

Dirt Dog’s Compact Pluggers and Aerators are the perfect tool for home owners to care for lawns by breaking up and aerating compacted dirt with your compact tractor. Our Compact Plugger uses 3/4” hardened spoons on independently rotating and greaseable hubs on a 1 1/4″ axle to remove a plug allowing your lawn to breathe, hydrate, and relieve compaction. Our Compact Aerator is equipped with slicing knives. These knives are great for athletic fields since they don’t disturb the surface while they aerate and hydrate. Knives are also great for controlling thatch. The frame can also be used as a weight rack to get maximum penetration.
